Printing & Finishing

We use one to nine colour print presses plus double coaters in 3B and Size 6 formats. For further finishing we use hot foil embossing in Stuttgart and Düren
for attractive surface designs: metallic, mother of pearl and glossy effects in countless colour combinations, relief printing, structures and even holograms.
We create high glossy packaging surfaces using calendering, a special process that uses rollers at high temperatures.

In a separate run the calender inline dispersion produces a high gloss finish.
This type of finishing can completely replace high gloss film lamination, which offers environmental benefits.
